By booking a stay at Walker All In One, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, depending on the booking method.
   
• We accept payments via secure platforms and/or booking partners.
   
• Prices include VAT and basic utilities (electricity, water, internet).
   

• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
   
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
   
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
   

• No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
   
• No parties or events permitted.
   
• Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00.
   
• Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
   
• Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in advance.
   

• The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
   
• Extra guests without prior notice may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
   

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
   
• Any damage or irregularities should be reported immediately.
   
• We reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs or replacements.
   

• Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on changes and refunds.
   
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.
   

• Walker All In One is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
   
• We recommend that guests have travel insurance that covers personal liability and cancellation.
   

We shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies).

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona.
